Dr Esme van Dyk – Doctor - Dip IR (IIR) Adv Lab Law (UNISA) MBA PhD Management Science (COU)

Dr Esme van Dyk is a practising mediator, arbitrator, negotiator and conflict resolution practitioner. She has 25 years of extensive experience in the above fields. She is a member of SAAM (SA Association of Mediators) and serves on the panel of The African Institute for Dispute Settlement. Esme is also an accredited trainer and assessor, presenting numerous courses in the area of employment law, leadership development, negotiations, mediations, management, etc. She completed her dissertation on the topic “A scientific model for corporate negotiators.”

 

Adv Teresa Swart - Advocate - BJuruis LLB (UOFS)

Adv Teresa Swart is an experienced legal practitioner who has been practising law for the past 18 years. Ten of these years Teresa served as magistrate. Teresa is in posession of a B Juiris as well as a LLB degree (UOFS). She has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration and has also completed a certificate in arbitration. She is a member of SAAM (South African Association of Mediators)
